hai every one.. this week we are going to present WBS (work breakdown structure) in our blog,it will apply your software process model that are you choose.we have to find out what are the project,phase,activities and deliverable or milestone base on process model.Try to come out with the details about process that are related in developing our blog.But don't forget that maintanence phase does not exist because aur blog did not using any cost to build this blog.good luck in your presentation
